The Council for Abavandimwe is led by a distinguished Executive Leadership Team committed to the full recognition, rights, and empowerment of Uganda’s Indigenous Banyarwanda. Guided by humanitarian principles and international legal norms, this team confronts systemic exclusion, statelessness, and intergenerational stigma through policy reform, civic education, and community organizing.
